• Customer is responsible for shipping/dropping off their jersey or tee to Jewel Kouture.
• Garments must be clean and in wearable condition before shipment.
• Processing times typically range from 2–4 weeks and may vary during peak seasons.
• Rush production options are available for an additional fee.
• Due to the custom nature of each design, all sales are final.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. (Cash/CashApp/Zelle paying clients) shop pay options also available at checkout.
