Jewel Custom Order Policy

At Jewel, every piece is uniquely designed and handcrafted to reflect your individual vision. Due to the custom nature of our work, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders – No Refunds or Exchanges  
All custom-made items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom orders under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Deposits  
All deposits made toward custom orders are strictly non-refundable. Deposits secure your order, materials, and production time.

Production & Processing Time  
Because each piece is made to order, processing times will vary:
- Off-season: Approximately 4–8 weeks  
- Peak season (Prom/Homecoming): Approximately 3–5 months  

We recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery for your event.

1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee  
We stand behind the quality of our work. All custom pieces include a 1-year guarantee from the date of delivery. During this time, clients may return their garment for reasonable repairs or alterations related to craftsmanship at no additional cost.

Gift Cards  
All gift card purchases are final sale and are non-refundable.
